Blue

My little persistant son has blue toenails. Saturday evening Jeremy, Jac and I were hanging out just playing in our bedroom on the floor. When he stops suddenly and starts reaching for someting that is under the desk. He worked for quite awhile trying to get this object of his desire and when he showed me, he was so proud of what he had found. It was some shiney electric blue fingernail polish. "Mom mom mom" as he hands me the polish, sits down and points to his toes. I asked him if he wanted me to paint them and he says "toes".
"No" I said "you don't want you toes painted". Well that was the wrong thing to say because he just got louder and a little bit upset. "Toes!". So I painted his toes :) He was so happy. The rest of the night as he was doing stuff he would stop every once in awhile and look at them.
We call them Superman blue toes :)

Here is a picture at our 20 week ultrasound. I tried to upload a video, but it wasn't working. We still don't have a name for this little girl, I know I have plenty of time, I just feel kinda bad that we had Jac's the day we found out we were expecting and this poor little one probably won't get one till we are almost ready to go home from the hospital.
The following was something that I typed as I waited for the video to upload ( I waited for 3 Hours!) Just some frustrating and cute things Jac has done.

Lets start with frustrating:)
About a week ago, I was cleaning the kitchen and I could hear Jac in his room banging something and when I went in I found him sitting in the middle of the floor with his sippy cup upside down and hitting it on this wooden puzzle board. Well when he does this, it releases the milk that is inside the cup and now the board is filled with milk. When he sees me, he drops the cup and picks up the board of milk which is then dumped onto the carpet. He quickly jumps up and starts running around saying "Bad bad bad."
I seriously just stood there for a second or two. I was so mad that I picked him up and put him in his crib and turned on a movie while I went to look for the shop vac so that I could clean it up before it soaked in to much and his room smelled like sour milk. it turned into this huge thing where I had to carry the vac up the staires and then clean it out and remove the filter. Then I had to dump water on the carpet and suck it out several times.
When I was done I let him stay in his crib while I finished cleaning the kitchen and then by the time I was all done I wasn't mad anymore. I went in to get him and when I picked him up he put his head on my shoulder and patted my back then gave me a kiss. How can something so destructive be so sweet?

Oh and one last thing. So Jeremy was given this 3foot Superman sometime before we got married and now it is in Jac's room standing against the wall. Jac just calls him "Man". Well yesterday I was in my room putting things in a bag so that Jac and I could go to St. George and I stopped to look in on him in his room because I hadn't heard from him in awhile. Well he was over by this Superman just looking at him and touching his head and pointing to his eyes and then he leaned in a gave him a hug. He even gave him the little pat on the back while he was hugging him. It was so cute! I took a picture, but Jeremy has the camera, so when I get it I will post a picture.

Holiday Season

I can't believe that is has been since Halloween that I have posted anything...
I have really loved this holiday season. We have had alot of fun. On the 17th we came down to Tuacan and watched the live Nativity, saw Santa, took a train ride and celebrated my niece Myrrhin's first birthday. On the 22nd we celebrated my Dad's birthday with a family dinner.
I have really enjoyed spending time with family and then with all the work and ward parties I have loved being with friends.
I came down to Washington the day before Christmas Eve to help my mom with dinner. Jeremy had to work the next day and his family came to deliver some presents that day and visit for awhile so he joined us Christmas eve around 10pm. We all opened our Christmas PJ's and had a little concert, it was alot of fun. Jac loves to be around everyone and play with his cousins.
I was like a little kid that night. I woke up like every hour. At 6am Jac woke up and wouldn't go back to bed. Jeremy and I were able to keep him entertained in the room until 7:30 because we were told that nobody would get up till 8... We go tup at 7:30 :)
Jac was the first one to open a present and I was so excited because Santa got him a special stuffed animal. His face was just priceless when he opened it up.
"Bambi." was all he said and gave him the biggest hug.
It really was a great day. Thank you, my family and friends for all that you have done for us this year.

Captain America...
He made the costume himself!

The cutest lion ever!!!

Halloween was great fun. We went to my parents for a party the night before and then went to Thriller out at Tuacahn, that was awesome. If you ever get a chance you should go. Jeremy took Jac Trick or Treating and he said that Jac was running to the doors. We never did teach him how to roar... he could bark though. He was a barking lion :)

Can't keep my mouth shut.

So I have some very exciting news! Jeremy and I are expecting again!!!
I know that by telling everyone so early that it is going to make the next 7-8 months DRAG, but I am just so excited! The baby is due 2 days after Jac turns 2yrs (which makes the big day June 13th).
Jeremy has a feeling it's a girl, but I hope for Jac that it is a brother. I really don't care though as long as everything goes okay and the baby is healthy!
This pregnancy has been very different from last time, I am soooo nauseas all the time! Last time I would get sick but only for like 3 hours in the afternoon.
I will keep you updated :)

It's been awhile

Here are a few pictures from the last little while

So I haven't written anything for a really long time and since I am at my parents house I figured I might let anyone who looks at this know that we are still here :)
Jac is actually running a pretty high fever and my Mom won't let us go home till it breaks because his doctor is down here and we are going to take him in tomorrow.
Jeremy is coming home from New Mexico were he went and did a sign job. He left Saturday morning and drove 13 hours, did three jobs and is driving home tonight. Crazy huh?

Jac is growing up so fast, he understands so much and I am amazed, I think he is a genius of course, but I'm sure all mom's think that. He points to all his animals on his puzzles and has just started barking. We have been trying forever to get him to. Jeremy and I would say "bark" or "woof" and nothing, but one day with his cousin Lydia and he was saying "arf"... duh mom and dad you were saying the wrong word.
