So for the last year and a half I have been saying "Someday we will have a house... Someday Jeremy won't have to drive 80 miles a day for work... Someday". Well today around 3:30pm we signed on a house! We are so excited and can't wait to start working on it (scraping the cottage cheese ceilings, paint and new floors). We get the keys on Monday and then the fun will begin ;)

Be careful what you wish for... After 4 years of marriage, Chuck and I bought a house (2 years ago). Although ours was 85 years old... but we did a lot of fixing up on it and it never seems to end... painting, tiling, landscaping. It was a good experience, but a lot of HARD work. Good luck! I am sure yours won't be that bad because your house looks like it is in good shape already! Where is your house anyways? Are you sticking around southern Utah?
